I froze for a moment as I decided what I should do; Alpha Walker would be back soon, but something was telling me that following Aaron to see where he was going was the right thing to do, so I hurried in the direction he had been going in and hope that I would catch up with him - even if my senses were as sharp as they had been when I was alive, it seemed unlikely that a man like Aaron would be easy to track based on scent alone. I moved swiftly around the corner to keep him in my sight and was relieved that the dark blur of motion I had seen in the corner of my eye really was Aaron, and that I hadn't lost sight of him.
