(Back in time to when Amber just left Dragon Land)
My large, fiery wings swoop and swish across the clouds as my dragon guides its enormous torso across every inch of land below. This is how it has been for the past several days. Endless searching, endless hours spent wandering around and hoping to catch even the slightest glimpse of Amber. I know what they are all saying back at home. Amber found her mate, he refused her and now she has lost her mind in the land of darkness. I won’t allow myself to believe it though. I won’t allow myself to accept that anybody could deny their bond with Amber or that she has succumbed to the darkness. All the evidence says she is alive behind the black curtain.
