Level 9 - A treasure and smokehouse

AT THE SAME TIME

AT MICHAEL'S POW:

As soon as I completed the map, it opened to a location that I had never seen before. It seems to be open only for 48h, so I have to be pretty fast. I need to make some extra weapons and, most importantly, food. Berries and pumpkins are not bad, but I kind of wish I could have something better to eat. I mean making the tea I make is good for thirst but nothing else, to be honest. I wish that it could do something more. I need to eat less and feel more full so I could do more useful stuff. I saw that on 10th level I could upgrade my fireplace to make something, but it seems that I could have a smokehouse to get some goodies and dried meat. It also would let me make some steaks. It would be so nice. It seems that I know what kind of upgrade I wish for, but now I gotta work pretty hard to make it possible.

-Grrr.-The Demon growled and I nodded before feeding him too.

-We must find some resources before we go there. Let's spend half of the time making our necessary stuff and later we can go there.-I said.

I saw how Demon growled and nodded. I am happy that I have a teammate like him. He is not only my pet now, he has also become a good friend. I started getting all of the things ready and I noticed as more I worked it made me to get more tired in the end. It was probably because I was using most of my energy without eating and the main thing about this is that I wanted to get everything done. It might sound stupid, but I do not care about it anymore.

-We got some of the things done and I am happy to see it.-I said and smiled.

I started to work on another set of things that I had to be done before going to that spot. To my unluckiness that spot is pretty far away from my home and I have got about 36 hours to get there. I must get there on time and if not, I might not be able to get to the needed level. I made a few more items and I was ready to go there.

-It's time, buddy.-I said and smiled.

I saw that the Demon growling and nodded. I packed my bag and left. It's going to take a while to get there and I feel pretty excited about it.

It took me about six hours to get there. I never had thought that travelling to that location could take so much. I mean, I knew it was going to be pretty hard to get there, but I never thought it would take such a long time. I am surprised that I even got here before it got dark.

-We have to be careful. I have no idea what kind of thing we could face here. I mean it's surprising that we came here and nobody attacking us now.-I said.

I saw how Demon growled and looked to the same direction. It seemed that he had noticed something in the distance. I wonder if that could be useful for me. In a few moments, I saw a B rank fallen one attacking me. I started fighting and noticed that a few C-level ones were there too. It's slowly getting tiring, but I have no other choice but to win this.

-Grr.-Demon growled and killed level o

I smirked and killed B level one before throwing some meat at the Demon and killing another B level one. It seems that I am getting faster at this. I looked around and it seemed that those three were the only monsters I was supposed to fight there.

I looked around and in the distance I saw a chest made of metal. It had a slight glow and I think it was that chest I was supposed to be looking for. It seems that I have found it. I got closer and I opened it. I have never seen any of the items but maybe they are needed for upgrade. I found an upgrade book and I am going to use it to make a smokehouse. It was time to leave this place.

When I finally got home, I felt a glow in my diary and I smirked.

Day 12 a treasure

Task: Visit a place on a map and get a treasure

Reward: XP points and full health reach the next level.

I felt stronger and it was like I got all my energy back. Seems I am level 9 now. I opened the next page and smirked.

Day 13 Moon flowers

It was time to make some useful health potions. I knew it was going to take a bit to make some of them, but it was a necessary resource after all. It seems that I can make it soon for but I need special herbs for this situation. A needed herb is called Moon flower and I can find it only on a full moon. Lucky for me, it was going to happen a few days after today. I heard that it could happen on normal days too and, they are it necessary to make the medicine that I need.

Task: Find Moon flowers (full moon or cave zone)

Reward: Wood coal

It seems that I am going to look for herbs that are needed for this medicine. It seems that I can make it in my do well with a bit of an update, but I might think about it later. It was time to make a smokehouse. It took me a few hours to finish this update but I felt pretty proud. As soon as I ate the steak..it was like I felt like I was back home. I wonder if they miss me or something. I now feel sorry for Vanessa and I should apologize if I see her once again.
