“Hey guys”, Jen said as I walked to the cafeteria with Chelsea and Buzz, they were official dating. It’s Monday again after that double date, Buzz made it official with Chelsea yesterday.
“Where have you been?” I asked.
“Working, had to pull a double shift over the weekend; my mom was sick”, she sighed.
“That’s tough Jen, you need to take a break”, I said, “you overworking yourself.”
“I know, but my mom needs me since my dad isn’t home much”, she sighed.
“Do you think they’re going to separate?” Chelsea asked.
“I’ll give it till Thanksgiving for one of them to break the news”, she replied.
“You can always come over at my house sometimes”, I offered.
