April's POV
I ran into the Apartment and straight through into my room. I locked the door behind me. This was not for Lucas, this was for me! I couldn't trust myself not to go running back to him.
"Ok, ok April, no need to panic" I said out loud. Although I was panicking, just a little.
I leant myself against the door and gave myself a few minutes to catch my breathe.
