Chapter Fifty-Three – Tobias
Aida’s POV
My headphones blasted songs in my ears as I climbed into the airplane. This was it! I’d be really leaving.
I finally escaped those persistent league members! It’d be a new experience now! I sat by my mother and she held my hands immediately.
It was her first time in a plane, but I was sure she’d get used to it. Werewolves had good adaptability.
The excitement died when the plane landed minutes later. I wished it lasted longer but with how quickly my mother left the plane, I was sure she’s happy it ended.
We took our luggage towards the lobby and my eyes darted around for the tall muscular man Sir Zachary said would drive me to my condominium.
My mother nudged me and I followed her gaze. “That man had been looking at us.” She whispered.
