Chapter 64: A head and blazing start

"Yo yo, Good morning, Sakura."
"Good morning~ Sorry to bother the two of you such early in the morning."
"No no, it's fine. It's Dion's fault that he cannot make it to campus anyway."
"Yes, don't pressure yourself too much, Sakura. Let's just enjoy the talk to campus."
After picking Sakura up, the three of us started to make our way to campus directly. Michi is in charge of keeping the conversation going because I'm driving, hence I cannot do such things efficiently.
"How did Dion get sick anyway? I thought you both are going on a vacation to your hometown?"
"Ah, Dion decided that he wants to play in the river. We did play in the river for a while, however. Dion decided that he was not going to dry himself properly. With the AC on our car at full blast, it is only natural that he started to get very cold. By night, he started sneezing and having quite a hard time keeping his eyes open. By the morning... He is completely sick and cannot do anything too harsh."
"Get well soon to him then. It is stupid that he did that and ruin our plan on going to the fifth floor together though."
"Sorry, Michi... I will tell Dion that."
"No no no, you don't have to. It's just my inner disappointment because SOMEONE HERE is not going to be waiting!"
"Hey hey! Why do you have to bring me to this mess?! It's not my fault that the developer f***s me over. I mean, I completely discover the road leading to the fifth floor by accident!"
After a while... The kerfuffle eventually stop. Michi who's seemingly mad, started to get soft again after we split up from Sakura. One of the reason why she had to stop being all mad towards me is because the class we're taking right now is not an easy class to take...
So she had to be nice to me so I'm nice to her and give her information that she otherwise never learn in these class...
After class rolls around and we have an hour break before going back home. That's when Sakura finished her class.
Myself and my Class Group decided to go to a café by the campus and sat there for a bit drinking coffee and eating lunch...
The atmosphere felt very cozy and light, but my atmosphere on the other hand is quite intense due to the information on my phone that I'm looking...
"Hey Michi... Why is Shiro looking like he's about to kill someone?"
"True. He looked like he's going to s***h someone in half."
"Knowing his true face, he's definitely going to do it..."
"Well, let's not disturb him then. He's going to do it for real if we keep talking about it."
The reason why I'm so tense right now is because I'm looking at the forum of Eclipse Online. What's in the forum trending right now is something that I didn't like. I'm very docile to other players most of the time. I do however, tend to get extremely aggressive when someone didn't recognize my skill. Especially if they're a pro like me as well...
A comment was made toward my ability to play the game. From someone who I didn't know. But, he seems to play Eclipse Online at a fairly high level because everyone seems to know who he is...
The nickname of the player that's commenting about me is 'Akros' and apparently, he's a god at PVP. With him being in the top ten of the official RTA ranking...
Here's the comment made by him. 'OneSec is a very good player no doubt. But only PVE Wise. I know that he's good at PVP. But he's not a god like me or any of the top ten RTA player. The advantage he has on the first event comes because he's a junkie PVE Wise. You put him against any of us, he would be defeated in One Second.'
My history in the VRMMO game is always, the best. So... This is a shot not only at my dignity. But my history as well. I am not going to let it go too easily.
"Akros huh. I don't know who you are, but Imma destroy the living s**t out of you and make it so that you never play VRMMO game again out of shame for the delusion you have on my history. The only way out of this shame is going to be OUT."
I grip my phone so hard that it cracks and the screen cuts my hand. Michi notices this and just sigh.
"Shiro. Give me your phone..."
I was a bit shook because I'm in the zone so deep that I didn't feel it. The pain comes to me when Michi calls me out and I immediately give it to her. I immediately notices a lot of small cuts and glasses scattered all over my bloody hand.
"Oops... I guess..."
"Uwah... A psychopath for real."
"Umm... Sorry about this. I'm going to clean my hand for a bit."
"Let me go with you too, you dumbo of a boyfriend."
So Michi went out with me and clean my hand. After that, Sakura came to the café.
"Sorry to make you wait. Let's go!"
"Ah sure!"
With everything set and deal... We went back home and I immediately go straight to my headset.
"Phew... I'm going to hold on to all the plan I had for the season and climb RTA now. I ain't gonna let anyone stomp on the legacy I forged for all the time I've been involved in this VRMMO matter!"
I said that and put on my headset. With my heart set ablaze by the comment made on my legacy. I set out on a new journey with a massive head start to be the absolute being in this game. I won't let anyone taint and said anything about me ever again.
I will make every single player in the entire world recognize my name and put some respect in my name. The time of fun is over. It's time for me to DOMINATE the scene again! Just wait Akros. I'm going to get you in one week time!
