Chapter 91: The True King is decided.

"Are both player ready?"

The one who had to be the judge is none other than the Game Master Hanami herself. It's not weird that she would be the one to judge the duel. After all, she's the game master. But the thing is that... She's Rio's GF. It would be bad if she oversees the duel.

Immediately, I thrust my dagger straight toward his face... Rio stopped moving and immediately block the dagger using his sword. The dragons went straight toward his side. But unfortunately, he managed to uses his portal to transfer those two dragon away from himself... Straight toward me too...

I uses Phantom Flicker to go back a couple of meters to distance myself. That's when Rio followed me.

"I can use that sort of movement too, you know?"

Rio manages to shot me on the back of my shoulder and the bullet pierces through my armor... I went full into protection mode and gain more distance as usual.

"Piercing Bullet. Do you know the concept of that skill?"

I cannot penetrate your entire defense because technically, all armor doesn't have any space that I can open up a portal to completely ignore your defense. But my piercing bullet can penetrate up to 50% of your defense. Hell, if your armor is only strong on the outside, my bullet can probably deal the same amount of damage as you not wearing any armor."

Yeah, I thought so. It's not hard to understand his skill once I heard the name of it.

"Now that's definitely something that I don't like dealing with."

I'm fortunate that my armor is fully decked out without any weakness. So the damage that his attack dealt was still very little even though it pierces my armor halfway through. Chains started to cover my body tightly without leaving any gap and then tons of chains also shoots out to counter Rio's Jade Buster... Unfortunately for me, my ultimate has run out while Rio still has one more shot with his sword.

"I guess this is the end huh?"
