The séance

We spent months upon months soothing the girls. For all the trauma and nightmares that those vampires put in their heads, the sapphire had the worst of it, or, so I thought. I don't know how many times I had to try to wake Devin up. Being a half vampire like me, we have terrible nightmares and they are worse than human nightmares, and add on the witch side and it becomes real in your head. A few months went by with having to sooth the girls and Devin and Devin soothing me from all our nightmares. I started having dreams about my mom. It made me miss her badly. I wanted her here with me. I wanted her to meet my girls. I wanted her to meet Devin. And if there was ever a wedding or something, I wanted her to be there for it along with my dad, but it made me cry. Devin came into the room and held me. He asked me what was wrong. I told him that I was missing my mom. He made the comment saying "why don't you talk to your sisters, maybe they have a solution? He had a good idea. I called my sisters over and I asked if there was a way we could at least talk to mom and dad. We talked about it for a while and then we looked at our family spellbook..A little bit later we came across a séance spell. Just then, I realized my powers were taken from me, so I wouldn't be able to do the spell..or so I thought. My sisters and I got in our circle and we said the incantation 3 times. "We call upon our mother and father in the same of Stella" (our guide if you remember) and we said it all 3 times and we all held hands as we did. And the first one who appeared was our mom. Our beautiful mom, Lorilie Chace/Spells-worth. She emerged from our cauldron and she was wearing a beautiful white gown. Estrella and Lucy both smiled as if they remembered her wearing it once before or something. Lucy winked at me and said "I'll explain later." I nodded at her and turned my attention back to our mom. She was so beautiful she looked like an angel. As she fully emerged from the cauldron, her first words were "why hello my daughters, it has been too long." I started crying. Then our dad, Edmund Spellsworth, started emerging out of the cauldron. Once he had fully emerged out of the cauldron, his first words were " Lorilie? " Then he looked at us and said: MY GIRLS!" and he ran to hug us. We stayed in a group hug for what seemed like an hour. Then Estrella broke the silence and said: Mom, dad, we summoned you because Luna needed you, so for right now we are going to leave the room and let you guys talk. Dad: OK dear. Mom: my dear Luna, you have grown so much. I'm proud of you. Me: Thank you mom. Dad: Oh and sweetie, it isn't your fault we're gone. That I can promise you. Me: I know that now. I wanted you guys to meet my boyfriend and my daughters. Lorilie: I'm excited about meeting them. Edmund: As am I. Just then I went to go get the girls and Devin. The first one I brought into the room was Devin, Lorilie: Oh my goodness Luna, boy did you choose a cute one and a vampire? That's why your senses felt off. You're a half vampire like him. Me: Yes mom, I died during childbirth and Devin saved me, so our babygirls still had me in their lives. Ed: I'm proud of you babygirl. You picked the right one. Devin: It's nice to meet you both, but you must meet the girls. He left the room smiling. Then in came my beautiful daughter Lina. Lina: mommy who's the pretty lady and the man right there? me: baby those are your grandma and grandpa. Lori: my beautiful granddaughter, you look like your grandma when she was a teenager. They talked for a few minutes, they gave her some good advice and it made my heart melt. Then I sent her to go back out with Devin. Lola came in and I explained to them that she was Linas' twin sister. She knew right away who they were because of her twin telepathy. She ran and hugged them tightly. They talked to her just like they talked to Lina. Then she went out with Devin and Lina and they sent in Sapphire. My mom's jaw dropped when they saw her, and I said: Mom dad, this is Sapphire. Lori: Oh Luna, She looks like you so much. She's so beautiful. Dad: Sapphire, darling, you are wonderful. They talked to her for a good long while. Once they were done. They had started talking to me about the night they died. They told me everything.And I did the same. I told them everything that they missed, including the vampire authorities. And that they took my powers away from me. I finally had the closure that I needed. Then I called my sisters back in and we all got hugs and kisses and advice and praises from our parents. The girls and Devin got hugs and kisses and advice. Then they said that they had to get back so that way they didn't get sent back forcefully. But we all agreed to summon them again near my next birthday. Just then, right in front of us, they disappeared. Later that night, after Devin and I set the girls to bed, he asked me: Do you feel better my babygirl? Me: yes. A lot better. We cuddled and I spent the rest of the night memorizing everything they had said to me, Devin, the girls, and my sisters. Everything they had said stuck with me. I was happy because now I had a way of talking to my parents and my girls did too. I fell asleep really happy. And for the first time in 3 months I slept really really well.
