After Sandra the receptionist at Marsh Hotel shows Raymond and Tommy to Room 303 which no one has ever booked. She seems disturbed.
To Sandra, an hotel room should be booked and the card to the room should be given to the customers by the hotel not that the customers will bring the card to the room themselves. It looks mysterious to Sandra.
