"What took you so long?"
Daevid looked at his wife upon hearing that tone in her voice. She had her arms crossed while looking at him with her scrutinizing eyes.
"Did you go elsewhere?" she added, walking closer to him and smelling him which caused Daevid to move away with a frown on his face.
"What are you doing?" he asked, a little annoyed. "I just bought your necessities at the mall and went to a coffee shop to calm down."
