"You're seriously planning on giving that b***h a room?" Jessica asked, anger lacing her tone. I sighed and got up, while starting to get dressed. After she stormed off from our walk and I went to visit Acacia, only to hear that she's pregnant, I got excited. Thinking that I could confide in my girlfriend, but she didn't want to hear and started to seduce me . I loved every minute of it and fell for it like the i***t I am.

"Why is it that lately, everytime I'm around you we are always arguing?" I snapped, wishing that she could disappear from my sight right now.

"If you haven't gotten that omega then we wouldn't be arguing! You know that I want to be the one carrying your pup Elio!" I felt my temper rising, not thinking clearly as I started to shout.

"You can't get pregnant because you are f*****g barren! How the hell would I get an heir if you can't even produce one!?" Jessica flinched, making it seem as if I had hit her. Her lips started to wobble and fake tears started to form in her eyes. I wasn't a fool though, so I won't fall for it. I left after putting on my last piece of clothes, not bothering to give her any more attention.

I was fuming, so angry that I wish I could go back and snap her neck for talking to me like that. I don't know what her problem is with me, it's best if she accepts this because fate had spoken and there was no changing it.

While I was walking, I ran into some pups who wanted to spend some time with me. I growled, not liking how annoying everyone is and that I can't get any privacy around this place anymore.

'Maybe we should pretend to care, after all we are going to be a parent, so it's best to learn from them now.' Storm said, which was the wisest speech he had made ever since he became a part of me. Storm only growled at the insult, but did not reply.

"What can I do for you three little hooligans?" I asked. Luck was on my side since they did not understand what I was saying so they let it slide.

"Alpha King Elio, is it true that you are not a good Alpha and that you want to sell us?" One of the little ones said, as if I would make any money off them. They are just pups, what good would they be to anyone?

"If I did that your parents would kill me." I replied, the one who asked the question turned to the others and smirked.

"See? I won now, pay me." A gambler in the making. The other pup handed her a one dollar bill, only the goddess knows where he got it from. Walking away from them, I didn't even look back since they weren't important to me. I know that sounds a bit f****d up, but I'm only looking forward to having my pup in my arm. As long as it's a boy then I'll be one of the happiest men alive. If it's a girl, only the goddess can protect her because I can't have a girl running my pack after I'm gone. It's not heard of and I am not looking to rewrite history. It's too damn boring for me.

"Elio Jackson, you asshole. I've been searching all over the place for you." I chuckled when I heard the voice of my longtime friend Austin Shepard. He is also my Delta, a stubborn dickhead such as myself that's why we got along great. Alex may be my best friend, but Austin would take the lead anytime.

"You're back, how was your trip?" I asked after we gave each other a man hug.

"Boring as heck, I just can't seem to find my mate. I'm getting too old for this shit." That couldn't be me. I could care less about a mate. I know that sounds poor, but I wasn't blessed with that opportunity and there's a reason for that.

"You're always traveling, from pack to pack trying to find your mate. What if he or she isn't born yet?" That had Austin shivering and staring at me with wide eyes.

"Oh heck no. I'm twenty nine years old, too old for that. But the goddess has a way of f*****g things up for us. Enough of me though, what in the ever so f*****g goddess have I been hearing about you? Alex hates your guts right now you know." I sighed, not prepared to answer that question. Why does it seem to be a problem to everyone?

"I bought an omega, got her pregnant, big deal." Austin shook his head while putting out his cigarette. He's a big guy too, anyone would be afraid of him. He also has tattoos running all over his arms and neck and you wouldn't see him without a cigarette. He loves to smoke a lot. With Austin, he wanted a mate no matter the gender or the title. He told me all the time that he would accept that person since it was the work of the goddess to pair them together. I've never thought about things like that and I sure as s**t won't be starting right now.

"You have her locked in a cell in the dungeon, her bathrooms are two buckets? It's a good thing you at least gave her meals. But by goddess man, get her the f**k out of there and give her a room. Stop acting so stupid." I frowned, but did not try to stop him from talking to me like that. I won't admit this to anyone but I'm a little scared of Austin. Even Storm was hiding from him right now.

"That's what I was going to do, I only came out here for some fresh air." I replied, while folding my arms.

"Then get a move on and when you're done, go take a f*****g shower you reek of sweat and p***y. Now that I'm back, things around here are going to change. Starting with you shagging Elton's daughter." Austin made a gesture for me to get going, so I started walking. Why was it like this whenever he's around?

"For the record, I don't miss you or like you anymore." That had him laughing while blowing out a puff of smoke through his nostrils.

"As if I care." Austin replied. That alone made me wish he would leave again so that I could have my way, but it seems as if that wasn't going to happen anytime soon and that only made me angrier.
