Chapter 3

"Here oh",abot ng isang cartoon ng milk ni Yul sa tahimik na nakaupong si Vyn,"What's with the milk?",nagtatakang tanong ni Vyn sakanya habang inaabot ang gatas,"It's seems like you're nag puyat kasi last night,and you look so pagod,so i brought you some milk to drink. Now drink it,that's good for you",nakangiting paliwanag ni Yul. Napangiti na lang pabalik si Vyn saka ininom ang gatas na binigay sakanya.

"Favoritism talaga to si Yul",nakangusong bulong ni Nat kay Jake. Yul look at them and hand them some drinks too,"Oh here na,baka magatampo pa jan kayo",agad namang tinanggap ng dalawa ang inumin,"Yun oh,the best ka talaga baby Yul,kaya love na love kita eh",pambubula pa ni Jake,napapailing na lang si Vyn habang pinagmamasdan ang mga kaibigan.

"You look tired",biglang sulpot nanaman ni Theo galing sa kung saan. They're at the cafe near their school right now,yung madalas nilang tambayan. Since their teacher's not around,they have free time,kaya naman kaysa tumambay sa loob ng room,mas ginusto nilang sa labas na lang,and besides,Yul told them that he want to eat something since he haven't eaten breakfast daw this morning.

"You ulit,why are you here na ulit?",kunot noong tanong ni Yul rito,Theo look at Yul and kitang kita ang pag-angat ng gilid ng labi nito when he heard Yul's voice. Can't blame him,ang cute lang talaga magtagalog ni Yul.

"I stay up late watching some series kasi yesterday,maybe that's why",sagot naman ni Vyn,although he just made that up.Theo just nod his head and then shift his attensyon towards Yul who's busy stuffing his mouth. Theo can't help but to laugh lightly after seeing that. Yul stop stuffing his face and look at Theo confused,"What are you laughing for?",kunot na kunot ang noong tanong nito,"Nothing",nakangiti namang sagot ni Theo and then sit beside him,"Can i have some of what you're eating?",nakangiti pading tanong nito sa nagtatakang Yul,"You want some?",kunot noong tanong ni Yul,"Yes please",sagot naman agad ni Theo,"Then buy your own",walang ganang saad ni Yul while showing him his tongue and then turn his back on Theo. Nakangiting napapailing na lang si Theo dahil sa inasal ng isa,'Cute' saad niya sa sarili.

Vyn just smile while watching them.

"Any questions?",tanong ng guro nila pagkatapos ipaliwanag ang dapat nilang gawin for a pair-up activity.

They have to pair-up with some classmate and then come up with a topic,then conduct an interview,some documentary or some proof that shows that they really conduct an interview.Then after that,they have to discuss it infront of the class.

"Ma'am",taas kamay ng class president nila,"Yes pres",tawag ng guro nila sakanya while nakatingin ito sakanya,"Yung pair po,you haven't told us our pairs",sagot naman nito. Their teacher nod and then answer,"Oh about that,i'm giving you the freedom to chose your own pair,as long as you pass me the task then im good","is that all?",dugtong nito,she wait for other hand to ask question but there's none,"I guess that's all,then class dismiss",huling saad nila saka na lumabas ng room.

Pagkalabas ng room ng guro nila,tela parang naging palengke ang loob ng classroom nila dahil sa subrang ingay. Kanya-kanyang hanap ng kapares ang bawat isa para sa ipapasang activity.

"Pres! tayo na lang mag pair!",tawag ng vp nila,kanya kanyang reklamo naman ang iba,na kesyo wag naman daw ganun,kesyo lahat daw sila matalino kaya ang laking advantage daw nun.

Nat and Jake look at each other na tela ba nag-uusap gamit ang mata,basi palang sa tinginan nila,mukhang sila na ang magkapareha.

"So... Vyn! tayo na lang mag pair?",ngiting lapit ni Theo kay Vyn na kanina pa nakamasid sa paligid,"Nope,he's pairing up with me",sabat naman ni Yul,sabay hawak sa braso ni Vyn,"I asked him first",di naman papatalong saad ni Theo,"i touch him first",saad naman ni Yul,napataas na lang ng kilay si Theo dahil dito habang napapakamot na lang sa ulo si Vyn habang pabalik balik ang tingin sa dalawa.

"You two should pair up instead,he's pairing up with me",biglang sulpot ni Stacey,their secretary,also a friend of Vyn,sabay hila kay Vyn. Naiwan namang nakanganga si Yul

"Did she just steal my friend?",di makapaniwalang tanong ni Yul. Theo just shrug his shoulder and then put his hand on Yul's shoulder,"Then i guess we don't have a choice ? You're pairing up with me then",nakangiting saad nito. Yul was about to protest but Theo just walk passed him,"See you tomorrow",huling ani nito bago tuluyang nawala sa paningin niya. Napakamot na lang si Yul sa ulo nito habang nakatingin sa dinaanan ni Theo.

"Sorry for being late",bulong ni Theo sa tahimik na kumakain na si Yul. Agad na napalayo si Yul when he felt Theo's breath on his ears,"You don't have to do that",nakangusong ani ni Yul,but Theo just smile at him,"So? tara?",tanong nito.Yul raise his hand infront of Theo's face and said,"Wait muna,hindi pako nagatapos kumain",Theo reply with an 'ok' and then sat down on the opposite seat infront of Yul. He put his hand on the table and rest his chin on it,staring straight at Yul who's busy stuffing his face. They continue like that until Yul finish his food.

"Where are you going?",tanong ni Zay sa papaalis na si Vyn. Vyn was taken aback to see Zay,he actually didn't expect to see him there,since he's always at their company most of the time,"Ah,i'm meeting up with my friend to work on some activity that was given to us yesterday",paliwanag naman ni Vyn,"Why are you here pala kuya?",tanong pabalik ni Vyn dito,"I forgot some files",tipid na sagot nito. Vyn nod his head,"Then i'll go na kuya",paalam nito,"Yeah,don't stay out too late",paalala pa ni Zay. Vyn show him a thumbs up and then walk away,leaving the house.

After getting the files that he need,Zay drove away towards the company.

"Did you just arrived? himala late ka ata",sulpot ni Max sa likod ni Zay na kararating lang.He's Maximilian Cale,also known as Max. Zay's business partner and a friend,also Niks' fiance.

"I just went back to get some files",walang ganang sagot ni Zay saka tuloy tuloy na naglakad patungo sa office niya,Max following him behind.

Pagdating nila sa office niya,Zay place the documents on his table while Max sat down on one of the sofa inside the room.

"Why are you even here",baling ni Zay sa feel at home na si Max,"Did you fought with your fiance?",dugtong pa nito. Max look at him,raising his eyebrows,"Why are you bringing him up? and no,we didn't",he sigh,"What's wrong with visiting my friend?",dagdag pa niya. Zay look at him,not believing what he said,"Don't look at me like that,im telling the truth",depensa nito. Zay just shrug his shoulder and start working.

Max glace at the busy Zay ,"Ok so... hmm... he kissed me earlier",Max exclaimed. Kunot noo namang napaangat ng tingin si Zay,"And why are you telling me that?",nagtatakang tanong nito,"Nothing,gusto lang kitang inggitin",nang-aasar ang ngiting ani ni Max. Zay raise his hand and show him his middle finger that causes Max to burst into laughter.

"Ako na mag edit nito",suggest ni Stacey habang inaayos ang mga gamit niya,"Are you sure?",tanong ni Vyn sakanya,"Yup! You did the interviews naman,so yeah,ako na bahala dito","Kita na lang tayo sa school,ingat",dugtong pa nito saka na naglakad paalis. Napakamot na lang sa ulo si Vyn saka inayos na din mga gamit niya para makauwi na din.

When he reach home,he didn't see Zay,"Hindi pa ata siya nakakauwi",kausap nito sa sarili saka nagtungo sa kwarta and took a bath.

He pick up his phone and answer the incoming call from his bestfriend Niks,"Oh napatawag ka?",bati nito sa kaibigan,"Vyn! oh my god! You won't believe what happened!",bungad naman ni Niks na tela di alam ang gagawin,"Hey,you ok? what happened?",nag-aalalang tanong nito sa kaibigan,"KUYA MAX AND ME KISSED!!",sigaw nito sa kabilang linya.Saglit naman na natulala si Vyn sabay end ng call.

His phone vibrate again

"Yahh! bakit mo'ko binabaan ng tawag?!",reklamo ni Niks sa kabilang linya,"Ah sorry,napindot",pagdadahilan naman ni Vyn,"Ganun? ok! so ayun nga",and with that,Niks start to talk nonstop.
