Alexa took over the household chores much as she had when she was under Warren’s rule. Because Luke was long on desire and whim, and short on specific details of how she’d spend her days, Alexa filled in the gaps by falling back on the old routines Warren had established over their five years together. Most of the time, Luke lived oblivious to routine and form. The fact that Alexa could work without direction for the most part suited him.
