As we started driving towards the city, my pulse kept rising up. The anticipation of going towards the human land was increasing drastically. I was trying to control my facial expressions because clearly, I was giving myself away.
"Your face has been twisting oddly since this morning." Natalie finally commented and I could assure that it was the end of her patience stick that she broke down. "I feel like you are planning something that is going to make life-altering changes in our lives." She remarked and I couldn't stop agreeing with her.
If my plan worked as I was supposing, Natalie's life would be a lot different. There was uncertainty to that life but surely we could give it a try. I knew Jun and he appeared like a nice guy. So, I had to give this plan a go.
