Since Rayleigh had arrived in the pack and my house, things had been a lot different. There was a different atmosphere in the house. The house always had a wonderful scent of food that roamed in the air. It felt like this house was turning into a home.
Her presence was sure of a warm ray of sunlight, just like her name suggested.
Maia and I were also going well. We didn’t fight after that one time. Maia couldn’t have been any happier, since she was getting her proper diet and time to rest. She was in a happy mood because of that.
