The police had made the arrest. Tadashi Ueda was officially arrested for the rape and murder of Kako Nakamura while Kobee Lee was absolved of any wrongdoing. The DA’s office even made a public apology for the trouble they had put Kobee and his family through and assured the public they would be seeking the maximum penalty for Tadashi’s crimes.
Brandon stood next to Kobee and Naomi during the press conference. It was cold out it had snowed last week, and the entire city was a block of ice.
