In the alley Tau crowds Hartley up against the wall. His hands roam the buck’s thin body—down Hartley’s chest unzipping his jacket, then under the jacket to smooth down the shirt beneath it, seeking the place where the material is tucked into jeans. Between kisses, Tau tugs on the shirt, pulling it free from Hartley’s pants, but it doesn’t come free easily and in his frustration, he tears the lightweight material.
