When the final school bell for the day rang and all the students began to head home, Joey and I headed towards the lacrosse field. Joey was already giddy with excitement to see Kyle, although I’d repeatedly told her that I wouldn’t have time for her flirting games because I really just wanted to get this lab handout done as quickly as possible. Approaching the field, I could already see Alex standing in the centre, spinning his stick around.
