*GIULIANA’S POV*
The sound of birds chirping outside the window woke me up from my comfortable sleep. Then, when I opened my eyes, I noticed that Zac had left the bedroom already.
He’s probably in his gym in the backyard already, doing his daily exercises. I thought as I closed my eyes and grabbed the pillow that Zac used last night, then I placed it on top of my face. I got a hold of Zac’s scent from the pillow, and I don’t know why but I could not stop myself from sniffing it and smiling.
I’m probably getting addicted to the Chief’s presence. I thought as I could not hide the smile on my lips. As I enjoyed Zac’s pillow, I heard Zac’s phone ringing, so I decided to get up and checked his phone, which is placed on top of his bedside table.
