Blaze's POV
"I'm half demon, half dragon - full water elemental," I tell the room, not looking at anyone in particular. I'm square my shoulders, ready for the verbal and maybe physical attacks anytime now, but the room keeps being eerily silent. I look up and everyone is just staring at me.
"Uhm, guys?" I ask, not able to hide my insecurity. They are still just staring at me.
"Demon and dragon? Is that even legal for the dragon?" One of the guardian twins asks - I have yet to tell them apart but I think it is Ezra asking.
"It's forbidden, Ez, and that is why they have been on the run for their entire life until me and Jax fell upon the couple hiding out in the outskirts of the underworld a few days ago. The woman told me about losing her son when he was kidnapped at birth
