“Are you finished?” He hissed at her.
Oh, he was very angry. She listed out all the ways he might take out his frustrations on her the moment they were alone. Nothing that wouldn’t hurt her, that was for sure.
“Actually,” Brandon spoke casually, taking a few steps toward the desk and messing with some loose papers that happened to be there. “We were discussing her future with the pack. She’s still a member and since you’re marriednow, that would put you in a position to join.” She heard the dripping sarcasm in his tone.
