Chapter 7Gary slipped out of Danny’s bed at two in the morning. I can’t wait until that bastard Marty can’t get to me anymore and I can stay with my baby all night long. Gary drove to his home in Princeton. Originally when he started to play for the Yankees, he lived in Manhattan but he got tired of the bustle of the city and bought a home in an older neighborhood in Princeton. He had thoroughly explored the town when he played for the Trenton Thunder and found he liked the ambience of Princeton, which had kept its small town feel combined with the sophistication of hosting an Ivy League University.
