"Quickly, put her here.'' I heard the voices while I was upstairs, getting dressed. "Get the doctor, NOW!'' That was my father's voice. I put on my sweater as I rushed down stairs quickly, yet, what waited for me wasn't something I wanted to see. My mother was on the sofa, her clothes were bloody, her eyes her closed, and she had something sticking out of her stomach.
"Is that, an arrow?'' I pointed, and my father's attention snapped to me.
"Quick, Elena, come press down on the wound she's loosing any blood.''
