“You’re so annoying,” Seth muttered on our way back to the pack territory. He had finally agreed to teach me but was suddenly called to help. Apparently, hunters just outside of our territory caught one of their pack members. I didn’t get to ask how those humans knew about our pack territory when Thalia mentioned that a witch was protecting this place, but they were in a hurry to explain. Seth didn’t have much time to scold me about following them, either.
“But I helped with the information I gave,” I quickly argued.
Usually, hunters are ordered to kill any supernatural creatures on sight, but I heard something else from some members of Blake’s pack chatting during the last full moon. Some hunters are paid for every supernatural creature they capture and bring back alive. I assume
