Lucas's POV
Rose has fully recovered from the incident. Maybe having her friend close really helped with the healing process, and I was so glad that she was much stronger now, and she didn't need Lina around anymore, but she asked me to keep her as a staff member in the house, which I did because you know, I could not say no to her even if I was tired.
I loved her so much, that even Rose knew the power that she had over me. I remember the time I said those three words to her. I knew she wouldn't say it back, and it was okay. I was ready to give her all the time she needed.
''My love was enough for the both of us anyway,'' I said to myself as I looked down at her smiling.
She slowly opened her beautiful eyes, and she smiled at me as well.
