Rose's POV
I knew I shouldn't be mad, but I just couldn't help it. Lucas played me for a fool. Here I was thinking I had done something bad by hiding the truth from him, but in turn, he had known who I was all along and had just been playing me all this time, and, honestly, I didn't know how to feel about it all.
Lucas knew Keith so well, that Keith even owed him money, and this made me wonder what other secret Lucas was keeping from me.
'' I need you to leave,'' I suddenly let out and Lucas looked at me in surprise.
'' What?'' Lucas asked, maybe just to be sure he heard correctly.
'' I said you should leave, Lucas,'' I let out again, as I tried not to look him in the eyes.
'' I don't understand, you can't be mad at me for not telling you this,'' Lucas said, shaking his head.
