Sydney Tonight hadn’t gone as I had expected, though, what was I to expect? We had broken into his home and the move, though completely idiotic, did serve its purpose. However, the moment I saw him standing there, I couldn’t breathe. Every part of me screamed that this had been wrong. The second I made it back to my apartment and slammed the door shut behind me, I gasped for air. I hadn’t realized I had been holding my breath until I leaned against the sturdy wood, trying to catch it.
