(Faith's P.O.V.)
I could see all types of anger on his face right now. I would have gotten scared if I were that same weak Omega he managed to manipulate in the past. But that old version of me died a long time ago. I'm not scared of him anymore nor I am afraid to defend myself and my children.
I will do whatever it takes to protect them from him.
"You heard me, Faith," he fumed. I gave him a taunting stare.
Hearing him doesn't mean I agree with what he said. I will do what I think is best for my children.
"I'm not afraid of you."
His dark face turned darker.
It was like as if he's already prepared to attack me, and just restraining himself. He's used to things being his way, and I didn't argue with that before. But taking my children is an exception.
I will fight him if I have to.
