The wind in Bogotá was stronger than I expected when I got out of the car. The sky was partly cloudy, with the sun peeking out from time to time between the gray clouds. Around me, I could see the edges of the city fading into the mountains, a landscape that never ceased to impress me every time I observed it. We had arrived at the site where I planned to build one of my two most ambitious projects: a luxury hotel and a set of condominiums, located in one of the city's emerging areas.
