Chapter 6 “Tell me what this great plan is so I can say no and finally go home and get some sleep,” Daniels said at eight-thirty Tuesday morning, after taking Michael and Reid up to his desk in the squad room. One look at him and Reid knew he was serious—at least about the sleep part—so he quickly explained. He ended by saying, “I can do a story for the paper that’ll come out tomorrow morning.
