But she knew the only person that was really worried about her and her brother was their father and Song Geon, while the rest of them was just putting on an act of a caring and loving family.

Song Jae ran straight to her father and hugged him, he was unable to hug her back, taken back by the sudden gesture, as Song Jae rarely showed affection or got so close to him. After all him and Song Jae wasn't particularly close, unlike what would be expected of a father and daughter, he was always busy with court affairs while Song Jae was arrogant, so they really couldn't get along.
