"Hey! Scarlett! tandaan mo, masquesrade party 'yon! alam ko yang iniisip mo at huwag mong subukang magpakita ng maaga sa kanila! mawawala ang thrill pag nag kaganon." I almost got lost of my thoughts, ng biglang nag wave ng kamay si Clark sa harap ko.

"Oh! Here’s my stop!” Biglang sinabi ni Clark, sabay tingin sa akin.
“You’re not coming with me?” I asked at sineniyasan yung driver na ibaba siya sa kung saan yung tinuro ni Clark.
“Yeah, I have some urgent matters to deal with—don’t worry confirmed na tuloy yung race.” He said with assurance at tuloy tuloy na lumabas ng kotse ng tumigil to.
Agad namang umandar na paalis yung kotse, pero hindi pa nakakalayo yung kotse—
“Oh! Pupunta rin pala ang dad mo!!" Pahabol ni Clark na sinabi ng marealized niyang nakalimutan niyang sabihin sakin yon, because of that unsure if I heard him correctly napalingon ako sa kaniya with puzzled look and when the time our eyes met—I could see satisfaction displayed on his face.

Xaviere's POV
"Parang awa mo na! pangako mag babayad na a—"
As soon as I get tired of him, I unapologetically put my gun on his head. Without any hesitation, a loud bang cutted the man off as his brain and blood splattered around the floor.
That I soon regret when my carpet supped his blood when it touched it. Agad akong bumalik sa upuan kong kaharap ng desk ko from the receiving area of my office.

This is f*****g annoying, after dealing with other businesses we have now I’m here dealing with some f*****g trash here. Ugh, I knew it! I should’ve enjoyed my time back when I was managing the sea port!

"Yes, boss. And, dadalo rin po sa party na 'yan si Mr. Eun" At dahil doon nagbago ang isip ko, pupunta ako. Limang taon na ang nakalipas...

I also think that marahil may conflict noon ang mga Eun at Park at 'yon rin pala ang dahilan kung bakit agad na pinasa sa akin ni grandpa ang pagiging big boss. But, that's not a big excuse para hindi siya pumunta sa libing ni Audrey.
I just hope that in this night hindi kami mauwi sa isang madugong pag uusap dahil kung magkataon siguradong mas titindi lang ang lahat.
But things are really bizarre, and sabi nila may nagmana na rin ng pagiging big boss ni Mr. Eun, pero imposible dahil patay na si Audrey, dahil si Audrey lang naman ang dapat na magmana nito.

Scarlett's POV
I parked my lamborghini and with that all eyes are on me. Before lumiko sa road leading here, pina-separate ko ng sasakyan yung driver at guard na kasama ko dito kanina.
Lumabas ako and the moment people saw me, they immediately gave way habang naglalakad ako through them papuntang race track.
Nangmakadating ako sa spot, enough for me to see the part where racers are expected to gather around, naramdaman ko ng malapit ng bumagsak yung ulan as the wind gets stronger.
Then I realize after looking around, all of they're eyes are on me. Wary of my presence.
Some are amused, and some are terrified. But I don't care, hindi ko binigyan ng pansin yung mga bulungang naririnig ko, nagpunta lang naman ako dito dahil gusto mismong makita ang babaeng 'yon..
Nilibot ko pa ang paningin ko sa race track habang malapit na mag umpisa yung race pero dumating yung time na mukhang kumpleto na sila and I still cannot see a trace of her yet.
Nang magsstart na yung race, madaming tao na ang nag start mag cheer sa candidates nila since this race is a gamble.
Well...anyway, I'm not interested.

"Ouch! what the?! can't you see me o talagang tanga ka lang?!" I smile when I heard that irritating voice..

Agad na umalis ang babaeng nakabangga sa kaniya habang siya naman ay taas noong dumeretso sa isang Buggati Veyron na naka stand by at may katabi ring ganoong klaseng sasakyan na nasa tabi ng Starting line. Nang makapasok na siya sa loob ng sasakyan ay pumwesto agad siya sa starting line.
Then suddenly a playful smile curved on my lips...ginanahan ako dahil sa nakita ko siyang nandito and for the reason na siya na mismo ang pumunta sa starting line.
To think that she’ll come, akala ko natakot na siya sa bagyo.

Mula sa kinatatayuan ko nakikita ko ang kalaban niya na naghahanda at dahil sa may balak akong gawin, nilapitan ko siya. Tinapik ko ang balikat niya and when he turned to see me, he suddenly turned pale.

"Hushh" I said and put my index finger on his lips
"Ako mismo ang tatapos ng buhay mo kung hindi mo sa akin ipapahiram 'yang Bugatti mo for this race." I said coldly.
This race is very exclusive for mafias and for gangsters simply because this race has no rules..and whoever loses mamamatay.
Either death or any sorts of punishments the crowd or the higher ups could come up with. But mostly, death.
That's why they call this race 'The Race of Death'
Agad agad na binigay niya sa akin ang susi ng Bugatti Veyron niya at sinabing "Good luck, Lady Scarlett" and he bowed his head.
And what he said, triggered a nerve.
Hinila ko ang kwelyo niya at tinitigan ko siya sa mata.

At pumasok na sa loob ng Bugatti. I fastened my seatbelt and I made my way sa starting line na katabi ng sasakyan ko ngayon ay si Melanie.

I want to cut your legs and arms till you can’t mobilize yourself.
I want to break every bone you have into pieces.

Melanie's POV
I’m so mad right now! It’s been so long since I got rid of Audrey! But! Xaviere’s still so hard to get! What the actual f**k does he wants?!
Ano pa ba ang dapat kong gawin?!!
Ilang tao pa ba ang kailangan kong patayin para lang mapa sa akin siya?!!

I slided down my window and took a deep breathe. Curse that girl in hell!

Hindi sinasadya napatingin ako sa side mirror ko.

I hastily reached my arms out to know on her window, pero hindi niya pa rin binababa yung window niya kahit na anong lakas ang gawin ko.
So, I stopped and slid up my window. No, wait a minute. Relax, it’s impossible! Audrey can’t survive that accident and yeah, matagal na siyang patay! It must be someone na kamukha niya lang--
Sunod sunod na katok galing sa labas ng bintana ko ang nakapagpabalik sa akin sa katinuan at nalaman ko nalang na kanina pa nag start ang race..'The Race of Death'
at nalaman ko nalang din na kanina pa ako naunahan ng kalaban ko. Yung kamukha ni Audrey.
I gripped hardly on my wheel and focus my mind on the race.
"Tama, kamukha niya lang 'yon if not nag hahallucinate lang ako." Usal ko and with that I start the engine at hinabol ko ang distansya ko sa kalaban ko.
and since this is a race of death, there are no rules.
"Audrey or not, you have no choice but die! You b***h!”
You’ll suffer the same way Audrey did!
Our track is between two mountains at konting pagkakamali lang pwede kaming madisgrasya sa mga nahuhulog na malalaking bato at matarik rin ang dinadaanan namin at sa dulo nito ay may tunnel na lulusutan bago makapunta sa finish line. Isama pa yung bagyong nagsisimula ng bumuhos—
The most exciting part about this race is when your both inside the tunnel *smirk*
Dahil doon lahat mangyayari ang labanan hanggang kamatayan dahil isa lang ang dapat na makalabas sa tunnel para matapos ang race.
"Just in time when I’m thinking of you, Audrey!”
And with that I full speed my engine till maabutan ko siya sa likod niya.
“Seeing that face after five f*****g years’ sure is thrilling! Ugh just in time, I’ve always been dreaming of killing you! Your look-alike should suffice!”
I hit her bumper twice behind and I'm not planning to stop!
