Our little peaceful outing did not last. On our way back, we were immediately bombarded by the news that a team of wolves had been trying to infiltrate the area and I guessed it was Sky and his team.
We immediately hastened our pace to get there quicker however, the sight on the way was heavily unpleasant. We saw many of Alex's clansmen and women beaten up and all over the ground. They were all wearing the same uniform and I assumed they were guards. Alex recognized on of them and rushed to his side, "Tom, what happened?"
Tom coughed from the pain caused by his injuries and said, " Group of wolves. Five of them (cough, cough), they said that we kidnapped the crimson princess and they were here to ( cough, cough) take her back even if it meant they would use forceful means."
