THE BLOODY ATTACK.

He used a dagger to cut off her long hair, and spot out his claws, pierced his claws into her chest and dug out her heart with a smirk on his face. “No, you can’t do this. This isn’t what we agreed on.” My father yelled, and the Alpha took a step closer to him. “Then why were you running away and abandoning your people, Alpha of the Fire pack?” “Let them go,” he boldly said, with anger in his tone. “Then watch and see how you lose everything, Alpha of the Fire pack.” He took a baby from nowhere and yanked off her neck. Tears splitting out of my eyes as I continued to shiver and tremble with fear. Was this how I was going to die? “No, you can’t do this to my people!” my father shrieked angrily. “This is our territory. You can’t do this to us.” “Oh, you think I can’t, but I will show you I can do whatever I wish and you can’t tell me what to do?” The Alpha cackled sarcastically and kicked my father across the face. The guards dragged my mother from her hiding place, pulling her by her hair as she sobbed uncontrollably and also begged for her life. “Please leave my family alone. I’m begging you,” my mother pleaded with the evil Alpha, who just laughed wickedly. He pulled out a dagger and cut my mother’s white long hair. She screamed at the top of her lungs, yet I rapidly closed my mouth tightly with both hands to keep myself from getting busted. Our long hair in the clan was the symbol of our power. He knew it, that’s why he was cutting it off because it hurts us as much as it was taking away our lives. We could lose our werewolves as well. NO! I shook my head and cried so bitterly, coating my mouth from crying out. My father had told me to lie low from these people and lurked behind the bushes, notifying me not to make a noise so I wouldn’t get apprehended. He then spouted out his claw, dug into my mother’s chest. Blood splashed over the place as he dug out her heart. My father screeched angrily and dashed towards the Alpha, but the Alpha retaliated and killed my father on the spot, blood trickling all over the place. I panicked and went pale and white to the skin at exactly what I saw in front of me as I shivered. Scared to death. I couldn’t do anything. My parents died while safeguarding me. I cried, remembering the words of my father when he pushed me behind the bushes before the Alpha caught him. Tears streamed down his face. “I’m sorry that I couldn’t protect you. I'm a disgrace as an Alpha. That's what I am. I’m sorry, my child. I let this person take over the clan because I wasn’t powerful enough. Please forgive your pathetic father and hide here. Do not tell anyone who you are, no matter what happens. Promise me.” He pleaded with me. I nodded, agreeing with his request. “I promise you, Father, please don’t get killed, including mom, please.” “I promise everything will be fine.” He smiled sadly, pulled his hand away from my hand that didn’t want to let go. I felt relieved that my mother was secretly hiding in a safe place, unbeknownst to me, but to my horror, they would both get killed in front of me as I remained hidden here. I cried so bitterly. My parents dropped dead on the floor and there was nothing I could do about it. This Alpha ruined my life, wrecked my perfect peaceful family, shattered my chance and hope of meeting my mate. Who knows, he could have killed my mate too.. My heart sank, gazing at what was emerging in front of me. “FIRE!” he yelled, pointing in the direction he wanted it to be. Everyone held torches lit in fire, roared furiously in their werewolf voices and threw them into the village, which was connected to the forest. Blowed. It went ablaze; the fire went red, and flames spread. The trees like torches streaked with light. Large black smoke filling up the air. Burnt werewolves corpses. Most of its eyeballs, legs, pieces of the bodies. Organs, hearts, blood littered around the fire, around me, smelled like roasted meat mixed with the stench of death as it passed my nostrils. Some heads of the werewolves hung on a pole, dripping blood, staining the pure ground of the earth. The fire soon caught up with trees nearby and went berserk. The Alpha didn’t give a damn, and everyone rejoiced at the victory. He won the war this time. My father failed, and that’s all that matters to him. The fire burnt every living thing in it. Hot as Hades. It was what was also called perfection, hell as it was. It turned into a blast. In front of me, I got lost. Never in my wildest dream did I ever think that my pack would get veered and burnt down to ashes. There was no living being, and no one survived but me. In front of me, everything was gone. I clenched my fist when I saw the Alpha smiling evilly from his spot, walking away from there, back to his horse and climbing it. I wanted to run. Run for my life, but where will I go from here? My rage of fury took over me. I shifted into half of my wolf form and lunged towards him, ready to yank off his head from his neck. After everything he did to my pack, he needed to pay for it and sacrifice his head. I roared and almost got to him when one guard caught me red-handed, laughing. I struggled to get away from him, but I couldn’t do it when he announced. “We had captured the Omega, Alpha Kijani,” the guard yelled behind the alpha, gripping the back of my neck. “Let me go,” I shouted, with tears in my eyes. Without looking back, he yelled back. ‘Tie him in chains. Cling the chains to the horse and let him walk barefoot, flog him mercilessly. If he doesn’t walk fast, make sure he doesn’t escape.’ He strictly ordered. “Yes, Sire.” He replied. “But, he’s a woman.” “Who cares?” ‘Yhaaa,’ He yanks the rope, making the horse move. The warriors slapped me across the face to keep quiet and tied me with chains, connecting me to the horse. As the horse moved, they whipped me, and I cried while running along it. My feet went blistered, and I felt dizzy. As I sobbed, I knew my pheromones began coming out of me. I was in heat.. No, I’m not supposed to be in heat. This person will rape me nonstop. Please stop. Alphas were around me. “STOP,” The Alpha shouted, turning back. The shock, panic, and dismay ran down my spine as my eyes widened. The Alpha jumped down from his horse. Unconsciously, I walked past the rest of the pack motionlessly. He walked towards me standing in chains, bruises were all over my body as I coughed with difficulty. I perceived him as he surrounded me. I felt his pheromones. My legs got shaken and almost fell to the ground. Mate. I heard my inner wolf speak. He’s our mate, Crissie, he’s ours.
