Chapter Eight Ethan stood at Dr. Crowley’s grave, hardly able to believe that it had only been just over a month since they had buried her. The remains of the other victims of the First Night Attack were also buried in the small graveyard, along with those who had died in the stadium bombing. The soil on the bombing victims’ graves was still fresh, while on Dr. Crowley’s, the moss-like, native ground cover had already overgrown it and was creeping up the gravestone.
