SHERNEIL. “Give me another thirty,” Khalil commanded, his arms crossed against his chest as he stared down at me with a bored expression plastered on his face. This man was grumpy. I let out a deep breath, my chest heaving as I tried to contain its raging. I had been doing push-ups for the past twenty minutes in hopes of building up my endurance. With all the running and unexpected attacks, I needed to have more. While I did work out at home, it wasn't like this.
