CHAPTER 14 Am I really doing this? It feels wrong, but it also feels so damn right that I can taste the need in my throat. There’s barely a sound behind me, the guys just standing there, waiting to see what I’ll do—making sure they understand my intent. I won’t make them wait. I pull my shirt over my head and toss it to the floor beside me. Blade watches, his eyes grazing my clavicle and then my breasts the way they used to, appreciating, maybe grateful, and I can hear him as he was six months ago: We’re made for each other, Kite. But it’s the remembrance of his fingers that sets my pulse quickening. He and I might not have had a future together, but he was damn good in the sack.
