We were on Domenic’s private jet heading to the Bahamas for Stacy and Kristian Lambrini’s Renewal of vows. They’d been together almost ten years.
They had returned to America once Shaun Thomas’s trial was over to get back to some sort of normality.
After all the s**t that went down, we all needed some kind of reality check.
I chose the wrong person for that and was glad both Benji and Domenic were on good terms, and they had brought me back to the place I most loved, Sydney, Australia, and would be working alongside Domenic as his financial adviser.
“Are you okay sweetheart?”
I looked at Domenic’s concerned face and smiled. “Perfect, just perfect.”
“Good. We will be there soon.”
“Do they both know my new identity?”
“They do, sweetheart.
