Laura's POV
I woke up from the most peaceful sleep. I tried to stretch out when i felt something heavy against my chest that was keeping me in place. I blinked my eyes open. It slightly burned as i tried to adjust my eyes to the morning sun that was peaking through the window. I looked down to see a broad arm tightly around me. I felt the heat coming off of him on my backside. I smiled when i realized i fell asleep with my beloved. I felt so safe and warm, and his scent was inoxicating.
I didn't want to move. I wanted to spend the day just like this. I knew the reality of that was pretty slim.
