I couldn't help the laughter that escaped my lips. Running away from our parents made me feel like a kid again, and i loved every second of it. The way we were running, i dont think he had any desintation in mind other than getting the hell out of there.
By his mother's reaction to me, i have a feeling i will never be in her good graces, and either will my mother from here on out. I loved that she stood up for me. I just hope she didn't cause my father any problems by doing so. Not that I think she would care. My mother would cross anyone to protect her kids, including her own husband.
He stopped in a hallway that split left and right. He clearly had no idea where we were at or where to go. I tried not to laugh in his suspense, but a light chuckle may have squeezed out. Za
