"Nicole," I exclaimed, relieved to see her instead of Tristan. "What brings you here?"
Catching her breath, Nicole explained, "I learned from Oscar that the campsite was here. He seemed down, and I heard about your tough fight. I came to offer my help."
"Nicole, I appreciate it, but I need to leave now. I'm on a mission to find my mom. Please, it's safer if you return to Pack," I urged, starting to run. However, Nicole blocked my path.
"I don't fully understand what's happening, but I'm coming with you. You might need help and resources, both of which I have," Nicole insisted.
