Kathryn's Point of View My heart rings in my ears as I stare at the people standing at the door. I blink my eyes, and shake my head, as if the image in front of me would change, but it doesn't. They are both still standing there. This morning, I woke up determined to talk to Elijah. His face from last night kept haunting me, making me toss and turn until I finally decided that I will hear him out and see if this could go somewhere.
