Luke walked to his designated seat and remained silent. He didn't explicitly mention our relationship or continue to speak up for me. I knew this was his way of giving me a chance.
I stood up and calmly adjusted my clothes. With an emotionless expression, I looked around the room and suddenly noticed Gabriel's figure.
