Leo's POV
My name is Leo and I'm the current beta of the Embermoon Pack. The Alpha I serve is strong and regarded as one of the most handsome men of our kind. He is also most likely to be chosen as the next Alpha King.
But, my Alpha's state of mind over the past two days had been very odd. For example, while he was eating lunch earlier he suddenly began to look up at the blue sky in a daze, and during the meeting this week, the Alpha had been distracted, leading the elders and members of the pack to think that they had done something wrong.
