Leaving Erik to watch over the house where his mate was staying did not sit well with Ky. Knowing that he had to play his cards carefully, he had returned to school, hoping that eventually Kara would arrive. Now, it was already lunch and he had seen no trace of his mate about the school. Coda was uneasy. More than once he had been pushing Ky to leave the school and go back to the house to check on his mate. None of this added up and it made both him and his wolf uneasy.
