Fiona was sleeping inside the tent while Zadris was outside trying to understand how the magic could be reversed. Selena was also sleeping inside with her sister. And Calico was out patrolling when Zadris felt a change in the power of the surroundings for the first time. They were all set up in a camp very close to the ley lines so that Selena could absorb the power unwittingly and become more juiced up when it actually came to be needed of her.
Zadris stood up from the fallen log were he had been sitting and then started sniffing all around the air. Calico was coming back from the direction of the forest and saw his sniffing the air and jogged close.
“What is it?” the knight asked.
“I don’t know. I am not sure yet but there is something big coming this way,” said Zadris in a deep voice
