When they were done dancing, he held her in his arms, "Jasmine. I had rented a room for two nights, but I think I would rather take you back home, you don't have to worry about your things, I can buy you all new clothes, unless you want to go back to say goodbye." She thought for a few minutes, then she decided there was nothing there to go back to when her parents passed away from old age, and she had no siblings. She had made up her mind, let's go home love. He smiled from ear to ear, as they walked hand and hand out the door, they got into his BMW and sped away to the river moon pack, she was thinking to herself, Stephen lost a good woman to bad he will be all alone and for once i'll be number one in someone's life,
Wendy pov
The next morning I woke up a little early than I planned, but I knew I had a lot of people that rented rooms and I had to get up so I could cook breakfast for them, I took a fast shower, dried off and got dressed in jeans and a white button up shirt, putting my hair in a braid, I put on my shoes and hurried out to cook, but to my surprise, breakfast was already cooked, and everyone was already sitting and eating, Tesha came up to me with a man at her side,
"Miss Wendy this is my husband Ron, I hope you didn't mind but I cooked breakfast, I thought you needed a break from all the noise we made last night and again tonight," Wendy thought it was kind of her to do this, she looked around and everything seem so beautiful in here,
"You know Mrs Tesha I thank you for doing this, and I didn't mind the noise, everyone was having a blast, and I'm happy I could help, I know family is important," they both nodded, "oh do you have family around here Wendy?" She shook her head, "no I… hm. I need to get back to the office, just help yourself to anything you need ok," and if you can't find something just let me know and I'll get it for you," with that she hurried out, Tesha and Ron couldn't help but notice that she seemed scared to answer, "Ron nodded, don't worry love, we'll have enough time to get to know her," they went to sit down with the group to eat, Stephen saw what happened, he will find out what happened tonight, when Wendy walked back to the office, she had to catch her breath, it had been six years that she walked away from her father, he beat the s**t out of her good her hand still hurt from time to time as a reminder what he did to her, all she wanted to do was forget about him, when she got back to the office she found a huge gift box with a big red bow on top that was sitting on top of her desk. There was a small note on top,
"I hope you don't mind, but I bought this for you for tonight, I hope you like it and will wear it, I'll be by at seven to pick you up, don't worry the girls will be here to help out,
"Stephen,"
She was a little surprised, no one had ever bought her anything, she took the bow off the box placing it on the desk, then opened the box, she saw a beautiful light pink dress she picked it up out of the box and looked closely at it, it was spaghetti strap with a slit on the side, she loved the dress, she looked at the time, it was only eight am, she had plenty of time so she thought when she saw a beautiful woman walk through the office door, she smiled at the woman as she smiled back,
"You must be Wendy, it's very nice to meet you, I was asked to come here to help you get ready for tonight," it's going to take some time, so come on let's get started,
