Wendy's POV I stopped to take a breather when I turned around the corner and waited another twenty minutes before getting out of my wet clothes and walking to City Hall. It was time to teach once more that Wendy Whitney Decodes was here. I stopped at the door of the Hall and looked down at my own shadow. In a dark posture, I stood up straight, wearing tight jeans and a crop top, and I damn near glowed. The room quieted, turning their gaze toward the door.
