After a disastrous start to my birthday, it’s shaping up to be awesome. Especially once I get Cora disqualified for interfering in Gretchen’s week this morning. Yesterday she was dropping off a file for Granddad about her working with one of our publications on a story about Cora’s modeling journey. He signed off on it as that magazine is still under a weird contract clause with him. Crafty on his part. He thinks I don’t suspect anything but since I know she asked him for extra help; it was completely underhanded. I consider that cheating but I know better than to push it. It needs to blatantly be in violation or he might start digging and figure out that Dad manipulated that contract before we hit the end of it. And that was not blatant unfortunately.
